All custom and personalized printed items from Barclays Printing Service LLC are made to order. Because of this, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or we made an error on your order.

Reporting a problem

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item and include photos showing the issue.

Reprints and refunds

After reviewing your report, we will reprint your order or issue a refund at our discretion.
